Delicious, sweet and chocolatey! The delicate melting of chocolate apparently also exerts a special fascination on artists: The Museum Ludwig asked 21 artists to design a small sculpture for casting in chocolate and received enthusiastic promises. Some of the selected artists have already dealt with chocolate as a working material, others include the sweet substance in a production process for the first time.
Among the form modelers are artists such as Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, Ilya and Emilia Kabakov or Andreas Slominski; Less well-known, no less interesting positions such as those of Karin Sander, Tom Otterness or Nicola Torke are also represented.
The book in small table format presents the sweet chocolate pours.
